It literally does not matter what you start with.
It's a baseline, keep tracking and weighing consistently for three weeks. Adjust. Learn new skills and self knowledge.
It's about lifestyle changes.
Track. evaluate. adjust. rinse, repeat.
Exercise for the love of it and fitness.
