Galaxy S3 v Galaxy S4

I'm going to be purchasing a new phone soon, and am trying to decide between the Galaxy 3 and the Galaxy 4. I want to be able to download a good running app, that tracks distance, and shows a map. Anyone tried both phones? What are your thoughts?

    Galaxy s4 is the newer version of the Galaxy s3. So, if you have the option and means normally you should get the better/newer version.

    That being said, both are good phones, like you can do all that and a bag of chips.

    I have the S4 Active and love it! I agree with vtmoon and you should go with the newer version.
