Stretch marks?

Hi! Earlier this year I had been put on medication and shortly after gained 20 lbs. I'm 18 and very active so I don't believe I did that on my own. I have soo many stretch marks and I have yet to lose the weight. Any advice on stretch marks??

If you lose weight they will eventually fade to silver lines. They're scars from torn skin so they never completely disappear.0
