diverticulitis and dairy allergy RECIPES?

I am in need of some help, my brother and his wife both have diverticulitus and they are both lactose intolerant. I want to help them as much as I can, and with it being close to Christmas, I was thinking of making them a cookbook. I need a few recipes to get started and im having issues finding them. I was thinking maybe 10 recipes of each to get a good headstart. I was really hoping to find some ppl that have the same issues or close that may have a few. Any and all are welcome! oh, her diverticulitis is far worse then his and she has been hospitalized for it in the past, the most recent was about 2 weeks ago.
