Sharing a trick for helping tight calves

I have about 3 pairs of these (check 'em out on Amazon) and they are a lifesaver for tight calves. I wear them around the house and do easy stretches during the day. By the time I'm ready to go for a run my calves are all ready warmed up and reasonably loose.
They have them in lots of swell colors too. :happy:
