Not everyone can say they have lost 100 lbs, did their first marathon or their body has completely transformed! That is all AMAZING and I am soooo happy for anyone with HUGE success stories like that! But there are some of us that are a little newer to this. We still have our small successes or first few goals met! So lets hear about yours!

Have you met your first goal? How was your first week? Or first month? How much did you lose at your first weigh in? Did you complete a first week of workouts?

My first week: I successfully completed one week of a gluten free diet and exercise. I lost 7 lbs and 3 inches around my waist!!! :D
