Brand spanking new...

Okay. So, I just got home from a business trip. After struggling to get the airline's seatbelts around me, I'm done. I'm ready for changes, so I'm buckling back down. I lost about 80 pounds 2-3 years ago, but have put 60 back on. So, yeah, new day, and all that. Just need to watch my intake, as I'm on my feet 10 hours/day, but I'm a restaurant manger, so being around food is rough.

    Lol bunch a dirty minds here, huh? I'll keep that in mind. Basically for me it's the calories in. When I can regulate that, I know I'll be alright. MFP says I've got like 2200 calories to play with, but that seems pretty high, to me.

    It definitely is trying at times. But, I wanna be around for my kids, and not end up on a pharmacy's-worth of meds like my parents. It's now or never!
