It's Okay...I'm with the Band...

I had LapBand surgery in 2007 and lost well over 100 lbs. I had my tummy tuck done last August to get rid of 16 lbs of excess skin. I'm an emotional eater and my grandpa died in April. I've since gained 30 lbs...yes THIRTY POUNDS in 4 months. Sickening right?

My problem is since I am a LapBander, I am supposed to be Low Carb-High Protein...anyone else out there with the Band? I love this fitnesspal thingy but telling me I need 140 carbs a day when I'm supposed to have under 30 is hard...Can I change the settings to make it Carb based instead of Cal based??

    Yes you can change the settings.
    From the "home" tab go to "Goals" then click "change goals"
    then click custom. :flowerforyou:

    Well it will still count the cals, but you can adjust the carb count.
