I have officially started down a new path I don't know how many times... I have made lots of progress, and am healthy, but my issue is diet. I have a stressful job and drink wine to relax in the evenings. Once I have a glass of wine, my diet goes out the window, even if I had a great balanced day.

That being said, anyone interested in keeping each other motivated? I am constantly on the go...
