The one where I get to lay flat on the mat....hehe. I suck at yoga, but Im giving Bikram a chance atm.0

ardha chandrasana (half moon) and suppta baddha konasana.0

Bow pose!
When I'm doing that regularly, my back pain is completely gone. My gym is training a new yoga instructor though, and she has pretty much only done standing poses during the last few classes.0 -
Shivasana - after all the other poses!0

peacock pose...its hard, requires strength and balance and when I am doing it and holding it I feel the rewards of all my time on my mat building into it as an exquisite finale (can't always manage it...like when I am focused on primarily bikram and not as inclined to the vinyasa practice)0

Reverse triangle....but I love yoga so I have to admit that my favorite pose changes daily:-)0

Pigeon is my favorite for resorative relaxing poses, but as far more active ones my favs are warrior 3 and dancing shiva. It took me a while to get those so when i do them now I feel pretty proud of my hard work.0

Pigeon and Downward Dog to help counterbalance running.
Crow because it took me soooooo long even to balance in it for 5 seconds so every time I feel like a champion.0 -
Warrior 1 and downward dog, corpse and crocodile (or is it alligator?)0
-
Child's pose.
Hehe, I was going to say 'corpse'0 -
When I'm not pregnant: Camel pose
During pregnancy: Downward Facing Dog0 -
Shivasana - after all the other poses!
My favorite would probably be revolved side angle pose as it really allows my back to release (crack) regularly during class. It's weird though because it only happens in the class. If I just try to get into without the class, no release I also really like Warrior 3, I love the balancing and focus required. I'd like to say crow was my favorite but I've only really gotten into it once or twice, just keep practicing though!0 -
Headstand Pose, Sirsasana0
-
Lolasana, pendant pose.
Outside of yoga it is known as a tuck planche.0 -
