Walmart sells something called "Whey Protein Elite Series" by Six Star Pro Nutrition. I like the "Triple Chocolate" flavor. You might want to give it a try.

I'm not sure what you mean by "all natural". The ingredients list shows the amino acid breakdown and it might look like a chemistry book to you.

I like Trader Joe's, it's fairly inexpensive (about $13-14 for 15 servings of 130 cals & 17g protein & a bunch of vitamins & minerals.) I use the vanilla which is delish but they have a chocolate too.

That being said, protein powder won't make you lose weight or gain muscle, since that's what you seem to be concerned with. Only exercise can determine that with protein suppliments.

Any Whey protein powder that you like. You are not going to "bulk" up as a female you lack the testosterone needed to have large muscles. Even men have to be truly dedicated to add significant muscle mass. Just make sure the sugars are reasonable, and the calories too. I use Body Fortress vanilla: Then if I want chocolate I add 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder. If I want strawberries I add about 4 to 6 frozen strawberries, and so on. Calories are pretty respectable in Body Fortress, and 30 grams of protein. only 2 grams of sugar. About $16 for two-pound container.

You already look skinny to me. But one protein powder I use that I believe Walmart sells is called Designer Whey. There's a chocolate flavor. (As well as vanilla and strawberry.) It's 100 calories a scoop and gives you 18 grams of protein. Not sure about the added sugars thing though.

No sweeteners with whey protein isolates is difficult unless you'll resort to plain whey protein isolate - unflavoured. The problem there would be, that you might not be able to control the added flavours, to nail your chocolate fix.

Recommend Trutein's Chocolate Truffle & Chocolate Peanut Butter for your preferred flavour profile: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/tru-nutrition/trutein.html Also read: http://www.truscience.com/wheyisolate.html

When my sister and I were around your age and a little before our teens, we took natural proteins; The eggnog, the hemp protein powder and we literally relied on dhal and garbanzo beans in large quantities to meet our literal eating protein goals over the liquid protein shakes, mousse and ice cream and of course our yoghurt (kefir) drinks, with his favourite ingredient ~ our hemp protein. Is that your inference@natural and no sugar? Our Dad made what is similar to protein mousse and protein ice cream and yoghurt applying Ayurvedic approved ingredients; A vegan on the real.

ETA: We were both competition athletes regional reps, so he'd had to adjust our primarily vegan diet to a more vegetarian-centric one@eggs and sometimes real whole milk (goat or cow sourced) depending on our performance needs. Usually when he saw that the vegan sources weren't giving us the performance edge by a set date.

I like this stuff, shake it up good with a couple ice cubes and you can almost imagine a chocolate malt. 100 calories gets you 18 grams of protein.

    Protein powder isn't really natural....

But I'd recommend Body Frotress from Walmart or Optimum nutrition from GNC. Get the "isolate whey".

Also, "muscle" is good and isn't something that should be avoided, no protein powder alone will make your muscles grow.

first off protein powder won't really help you lose weight or anything, if you are looking for that then you need to look at the weight loss shakes. which i suggest to not waste your money on. just eat right and exercise and weight loss happens.

i love nature's bounty complete vitamin and protein powder, the chocolate is really good. i mix it in my oatmeal, yogurt, or make a shake with it. it's a little more pricey but sometimes there are coupons for it and it will be on sale so you can get it for a good deal.

if you don't eat meat a lot, other good protein sources as far as eating goes are beans, legumes, quinoa, dairy, vital wheat gluten (you can make seitan with it). i have been veg for a little over a decade and i make recipes centered around different beans (chick peas, kidney beans and black beans are the main ones i use), boca crumbles (not a fan of other meatless fake meat but the crumbles are good to use for tacos or stroganoff), quinoa dishes are always good, making seitan and then freezing it you can use it in stir frys, sandwiches, really anything you would use chicken for. mash chick peas and make a chick pea salad to put on a salad (mix with mayo or with greek yogurt and spices, similar to tuna salad). tofu scrambles are good every now and then. and eggs too. cottage cheese is awesome for protein. chocolate protein powder with greek yogurt is like a dessert almost

It's not a powder but if you like natural, easy and inexpensive, try cottage cheese or ricotta cheese whirred in the blender with cocoa powder.

Protein powder isn't natural. It won't make you bulk because you're a girl, and we can't gain muscles like guys can, even then they have to really work for it. I've always used Super Advanced Whey Protein by Body Fortress from Walmart. It comes in a big container and it's only about $15. The calories vary a bit depending on the flavor, but it's about 25g of protein per scoop.

You could also get about the same amount of protein by having a serving of unsweetened greek yogurt (about 110-120 calories per serving) and adding about 5 g of chocolate pudding mix, to help your chocolate craving.
