Diet and Exercise?

Hi!! i'm kinda new to all of this, I've never really researched the healthy and right way to do things, which I've been doing a lot of now, but I would like some help. I'm currently 225, and I'm trying to lose around 75-80 lbs. I know slow and steady is the way, but I want to get it done as quickly as possibly, that still follows that. I'm extremely dedicated, I go to the gym twice a day, I stick to my calorie budget, and I'm often 200-300 calories under, making my net around 300-400 everyday. I've been doing the Low Carb/High Protein diet, and I'm switching to the 4 hour body Slow Carb diet, because I have a more set guideline than I did with the Low Carb, because I just did that with my Dad. When I go to the gym I usually walk on the treadmill at about 3.5 mph and a 9 or 10 incline for about a half an hour, elliptical and rowing machine a little bit and do he stationary bike a lot. I also do a little bit of strength training in there. I have asthma and it affects my heart, so I can't really run, without passing out, that's why I use the Stationary bike the most. I'm Just wondering what all I should be doing to make the most out of everything. I've never had a gym membership before a week ago, and no one in my family is good at having a healthy or successful diet. Please help me figure out what I can do or what I'm doing wrong!!

First things first how many calories are you consuming? And by net 3-400 I'm hoping you really meant 13-1400 right?

I know this is not really answering your questions, but just curious about your current weight of 225 because you don't look like you weigh that at all. In my opinion much less than what you are saying.

From what you have stated it seems like you are exercising enough, your caloric intake seems a bit low though.

Getting your calorie intake right is much more important than what you do in the gym.
