Lower Body Fat Percentage?

Hey, I've been eating clean and working out religiously for a good 6 months now and I'm sill now sure why my body fat hasn't gone down. I'm 5'2 108lbs, currently doing insanity. I have scoliosis and my doctor said if I didn't have it, I could be a good three inches taller, I doubt that has anything to do with it but it's worth mentioning. Any answers or information on why I'm not seeing any changes in my bf% would be great.

Are you eating enough to retain your muscle? bodyfat percentage is a ratio of muscle vs fat, maybe you're losing too much muscle.0

I always it my macros, but some days I don't always hit my calorie needs. I drink plenty of water a day.0

How heavy would you recommend I start out with?0

Find a novice linear progression program (Starting Strength, Stronglifts, Greyskull LP, etc.). It'll tell you where and how to start - you generally begin somewhat light as you're getting your forms down, but the weight will build up pretty fast.
e: You already look fairly lean, though. How low are you planning on going?0 -
Okay, I will. And as long as it takes to get to where I want to be.0
