Hibachi Restaurant

Hey. I went out tonight with my family and ate at at, as the title suggests, a hibachi restaurant. I ordered a side order of vegetables. They had some sort of brown sauce over them. I already looked up how many calories it would be, but I'm a bit paranoid that the calories amount I got from this app (110 calories) isn't correct. Would anyone be willing to weigh in on how many calories it may have been?

First of all, if that's all you ate, congratulations on showing enormous self-restraint. There ain't no stopping me at hibachi. I'll get the combo chicken/shrimp and eat literally ALL the yumyum sauce they have.

The brown sauce I think you're referring to might be a ginger sauce, which is pretty low in calories compared to the creamy yum yum sauce. Your estimate is probably pretty close. If they sauteed the veggies in butter I could see it adding some calories but that entry you found on MFP might have already taken that into account.
