I had a cheat day yesterday and ate heaps of junk food. I was wondering if it was alright to have a multigrain sandwich?...

Not sure what you consider a cheat day.
Bread is good, but better with peanut butter IMHO.
As long as it fits in your macros and calorie allowance, you good. If it doesn't, its quite possible its still not hurting you as long as you didn't eat a half of loaf.0 -
If it fits your calories/ macros go for it.0
