... when I got out of the shower about a month ago and realized I was way too damn fat.

I've lost over 10 pounds already but need to loose about 50 more. Friends on MFP make this fun.

Add me as a friend. I'll try to give a bit of accountability, motivation, and occasional humor.

    I think anytime in our lives, how happy or sad, it is critical that we all be able to laugh at ourselves. If we can't laugh at ourselves... that is a problem!! :)
