I had been doing really well with my eating until about 3 weeks ago. I even managed to stay on track during a vacation. Then all of the sudden I just started eating like it didn't matter. Most days I am within my calorie goal but overdoing it on sodium and sugar and then other days I am binging. I have upped the intensity of my workouts so I haven't gained any back, yet. I have got to get focused again. I have a few reasons battling it out in my head as to the cause of this self sabotage but I want to let go of excuses and just rededicate myself. I really just needed to confess this "out loud." Thanks.
