Sunken Cheeks

I've met my original weight loss goal ( SW 206, CW 168), but now have a revised goal based on bodyfat %. My wife is complaining that I look unhealthy with sunken cheeks, and have aged visibly as a result of the slimming. I think this is an exaggeration, but it's probably fair to say I look a little more haggard than I did before losing weight.
I'm still towards the upper end of BMI (I'm just under 6 foot), and have fat to lose (around 14.5% bodyfat atm). I think I already know the answer to this question - but is there any way I can minimise the effects on my face/skin while continuing to reduce fat?
