Hi everyone. I Finally reached my goal weight of 135lbs. It took me a year to do it. 43 lbs down. I recently started working over nights at my job 10pm-7am! I feel like my body is all out of wack. I feel like I eat more when in reality I don't really eat that much. But it feels like a lot more then when I worked days. The scale number hasn't went up but my body doesn't feel the same lol I don't feel skinny like I did before if that makes any sense at all. Any advice as to what I need to do to keep my weight off while I'm working these crazy hours. Luckily it's only during the holidays I'm working these hours and I can be back on my regular schedule after December is over. I just feel yuk. Lol. Before I wouldn't eat past 6pm. But now that I'm sleeping during the day I'm eating later because we'll I'm at work. I sleep during the day and I'm up all night. It feels like before I started working out and eating right when I didn't have a life I'd stay up all night and sleep all day. I just don't want to gain that weight back I was at before started this journey I feel like I will eating I this late

Congratulations! As long as you're meeting your energy needs in order to maintain weight, it doesn't matter when you eat. Your body doesnt care if you eat all your calories at night or day. Exercise is rather important in all stages but quite vital once goals are reached. Just lift weights and do a bit of cardio, if you like, to maintain body composition and weight. If you feel weighing and logging food will help, then do so.0
