Should I ignore going over my sugar count with fruit?

I've started using more fruit now for smoothies as I persistently don't have enough in my carb section before, but the problem is I keep going over the red zone for sugar now! If it's natural sugar from fruit and vegetables is it not worth worrying about, or is it a bad thing to go over for any reason? When I make up a smoothie I chuck so many different fruits in it that I do seem to do over my sugar allocation by a LOT, that's the only reason I'm worrying about it

If you're staying within your calories and you're not diabetic don't worry about it.0

What they said ^^. I put my sugar over one day after I first started with a glass a milk and not much fruit. I stopped caring about it at that point. I never cared about it before using MFP either, and it hasn't made a bit of difference to me losing 49kg/108lbs so far.0
