6 stone gone was 409 now 322lbs

This has been hard work loseing the weight not been on here for a while now does any one else have a day where they eat what ever they want i have done this but then the days starting spreading into 2 days then 2.5 days im back down to 1 day now i am finding it hard work though

  • I don't do days like that yet because I don't trust myself to stay in control & return the next day. One day turns into a week & before I know it, the weight is creeping back on :/

    Awesome job first of all! I found that if I have little cheats I will stay in control better. I let myself have a day at maintenance (yesterday evening for example pushed me to maintenance) once in a while just to keep sane.

    I know you should have a treat or cheat meal once a week but i cannot do it.
    Im 2 naughty and i go off track
    So its better to have treats in moderation i guess

    Treat meals turn into treat days then nights then all day i can do it all wekk long lose weight then on a sunday i fill up like a king on a feast which takes me 3 days to lose the weight i put on by pigging on its a strange cycle i go through but does work , but would work better if i just had one treat a week which is hard for me to do

    Congratulations on your loss so far Fantastic work. I don't prescribe to the' Cheat' meal or day as as I think what are you cheating against. i work within my calories and nothing is out of bounds if it fits within those limits. When eventually I get to my goal I wont be having cheat meals or days I will just be living so my food will have to fit in with that as it does now.
