Nearly at goal and looking for chatty and encouraging MFPs??

Hi everyone,

I have a number of friends on my list already but it feels like my newsfeed has been pretty quiet lately, or maybe I just have too much time on my hands at the moment and am finding myself getting a bit bored. I'm coming up for a full year on here now and I've been really consistent. Started at 171 lbs and am down to 141/142 lbs. Shooting for 140lbs so I'm not too far away now.

I religiously log my food every day and workout at least 5 days a week. I run three times a week anywhere from 5k to 10k but have recently upped my distance a little. I have also been loosely following Stronglifts 5x5 and do that 2-3 times a week.I've been doing that since August after I found the body pump classes I was doing was becoming less of a challenge and I reached a point doing free weights in the gym where I needed to start using the racks and heavier weights in order to progress. I've seen some good results since I started increasing my weights.

I've also recently discovered yoga and so I'm doing that at least once a week at the moment and again I'm seeing great results. I log in here every day and try to give advice and support but I also like to get it in return. So if you are also quite active and interact a lot on here and looking for a new buddy then add me. Also, I'm from the UK

    I am now at maintaince after losing 115 lbs in 3 yrs , since july 2010 I have been logging in only missing 3 days of logging due to a family camping trip. I would love to encourage each other to stick with it

    I've been hoovering around maintainence for about a year now. I get in ruts and go up a few pounds, then get it together and come back down. I've had a nagging shoulder injury which has kept me from lifting consistantly for the past few years, but I'm finally fixing it and according to my physical therapist should be able to start back in January... I am more of a biker than a runner in general, but switch over in the winter and am planning a half in March. Add if you'd like...

    Hey! I started in July & reached my goal of 132 earlier this week. Now I'm looking to lose maybe 10lbs but mostly tone up. I don't run or lift but I do yoga & HIIT 5X week. I log daily, my diary is open & I support my friends.
