Well I've done strong lifts for 3 months all while trying to eat at a deficit but never meeting calorie goal at end of week cuz I either didn't log accurately or I had a binge night or too with chips chocolate and candy. Prob putting my intake to 3000cals on one day. That being said I probably was at maintenance or slightly above AND measurements are still the same and clothes fit the same or even tighter prob from a squat *kitten* now.......anyways. I wanna do this the easiest way. Body recomp seems complicated. And besides I will never had a normal belly without lipo. I'm t1 diabetic and have hypertrophy on my belly where I took my needles.

So you are saying you are only half way committed to doing this......

Pretty much i guess. I hate logging. I never had to log before and lost weight. but I obviously also lost muscle too...maybe i should just switch to weight loss and shut up and eat healthy in moderation and do lots a cardio with some sort of lifting, whether it be heavy, really heavy, or not so heavy....just something instead of nothing.

I think the intermediate program for Stronglifts is Madcow 5x5. Or do 5/3/1.

The Starting Strength wiki mentions a lot of different programs.
