I woke up yesterday morning, and thought-that's it. No more whinging to myself about how I am overweight and unfit, then going on being lazy and eating fattening foods.
So-new lifestyle for me! I'm determined to lose 15-20kg, and hopefully keep it off. I've had enough of feeling fat, tired and bla.
It's taking a fair bit of willpower. My partner is one of those skinny people that can eat and eat and eat; and he has a HUGE sweet-tooth. There is always chocolate somewhere in my house. I'm feeling great though, and refuse to screw this up.
