    Happy Friday Pepper's,
    Well the scale did not move still 193, but my aunt is visiting since yesterday so thought I would be up in water weight. I did loose another half in on hips. :drinker: Hopefully will have a great weigh in next week. At 5PM I start vacation from work. :drinker: Monday I leave for VT with the girls. I am so excited.

    Hi ladies...
    wii fit told me I was 168.2lbs which was a loss from last week.
    wii fit also told me my BMI was down from previous week.

    I HAVE NO IDEA how I did this loss - wasn't trying -- only hit curves 1x, didn't hit gym end of day, ate meals out, had ice cream, had aunt flo.... no clue ladies... no clue....

    Went to my first visit to a dermologist. Actually, my foot doctor suggests to patients over 40 to have a mole check. Well, I did have my 40bday..... so.... nothing to watch, no concerns...

    hey SHGP...down .6 today to 183.2...I am surprised. I had 2 days of exercise, 92 minutes & 689 calories burned. That's it. NO PLAN. FLo just arrived...so the emotional binger was here prior to her stop. I am really hoping for a much better workout week and ready to tap into the 70's!

    So, I have been home now about a 1/2 hr since taking our son to college...(50 minutes away) it was tougher than I imagined. Saying good bye and leaving him in his room was hard....my eyes started to well up as I headed down the stairwell and made it out to my car. As I drove away, I had this thought of stopping to get some fast food....well, I WAS physically hungry, ya know, just hit a drive thru, a quick little stop....I pondered that idea for a good 10-15 minutes. Then something strange happened. I asked myself, well, TOLD myself, **THAT is NOT what I WANT** Eating will NOT help me feel better. Then I switch to the *want vs.need* theory. What I needed was comfort and the results of eating fast food is well, quickly not comforting. Then I had all these things pop into my mind of what I really needed TO DO. That was it. Need. To. Do. So, I deliberated with myself and kept on driving and made it home. Somehow, having a conversation with that nasty, bad-habit binger helped me realize that I can do this. Now, let me get my 'to do' list started!!

    Cindy ~ it's ok...you have a busy week coming up, and a fun one at that! I bet you'll have a loss next week! and so what if the scale didn't budge....you're losing inches!! Have a great time in VT! can't wait to hear all about it!

    Barb ~ congrats! in the 60's! and lowering the BMI!! good job! I need to have that 'mole' exam too.

    LOL Kelly that is the way, I have little battles with myself too, today I lost and the candy bar won. Well just means I get off the bus 3 stops early and I am eating a very light lunch and dinner. My work out this morning covered the candy bar. We are on the same cycle, flo started yesterday for me. Feel a little bloated but drinking the water just glad getting this out of the way (not going to have it on my camping trip) :drinker:

    Barb its great that you had a loss, you did something right :drinker:

    Hello my friends,
    So I did not weight this morning since I still had all the tubes in me. So I went to the Doctors today and they removed the 3 tubes. I wish it was all good news but its not. There are two different parts of my incision that has opened up. They are small but will require dressing changes. Too small to sew up so they will be left to heal on their own. So this will take even more time. and limited movements to my arms. So in the morning I will weight in and post. I will start walking and trying to eat healthy. No major workouts til arms healed but there is no reason I cant walk.
    So I need to catch up with you guys and I will try to stay focus. Hope all is well with you all:smile:

    Jacque!! so good to hear from you. sorry you're not healing like you want. just give it some time and do what is necessary to help it along. I am sure you have had 'hair pulling....screaming' moments. hang in there...soon this will be behind you. thinkin of you and keepin you in my prayers that all is well quickly. take care ((hugs)) :heart:

    Hi all,
    Ok so I weight in at 251.8 its up but its actually down too. HA brain teaser.
    So I went to the mall today with dear son school starts Monday . Anyway walk part of the mall and it nearly killed me I am still weak I guess but I decided I am going to keep going. So tomorrow I will walk til I feel weak stop and then walk back to car and just try to build up. Hope everyone is having a good weekend:bigsmile:

    Hi all..... Jacque -- good to see you back. Keeping you in prayer.

    Kelly -- My head tells me I will be glad to see my kids head off to college/military/1st apt (whatever) but my heart tells me differently. Then again, I got some time for that.

    My weekend wasn't filled w/exercising... sorry.... did go to one BBQ and had friends over on Sunday. So....

    I did learn I need an xray for pain I'm experiencing in both knees. I'm too young for this!

    We had a 2 yr old at my house on Sunday. Ok, my youngest is 10 so it has been awhile since I had the very active toddler in my life. The 2yr old getting fussy -- so I suggested walk in stroller. less than 1/4 mile - he's out -- asleep in stroller.
    Finished the 1 mile walk w/his Mom and brought in a sleeping toddler. Yup, fresh air worked like a charm! Now, after that easy 1 mile stroll, my knees were hurting. Again, I'm too young for this!

    Barb ~ way to go...got the little dude to sleep and a walk in as well! sorry to hear about your knee. hope it's nothing major. I have had occ'l pain in my R hip for a few years....had an xray at the chiro...said my hips aren't level...do to a shorter leg. he suggested a lift for my shoe....never did do anything. it's weird...I can workout, stretch, lift, any movement and it doesn't bother, but it seems to be painful when I am doing nothing. just sitting. my R knee has been bothering lately...I am thinking it's from jogging.....

    yes, we are too young for this!

    super busy at work.... unfortunately stress just packs on the pounds!

    tonight is my daughter's sleep study. We check in at 9:45pm tonight and she's released at 4:30pm Weds. And due to her being a minor, I get to stay w/her the entire time... ugh.

    Last night I had such good intentions...until my oldest decided to pull her lastest stunt..... Sigh... there went curves or wii fit time...

    And since I am working late, then both girls have an ortho appt then the sleep study.... there goes curves or wii fit time.....

    Well ladies what can I say..... gotta get back to the end of year reports.

    well...it is what it is. hope to have a calmer, um, more organized week NEXT week ( HA) had eye appt today...darn close to getting the bi-focals! mainly wear glasse for distance/driving. don't have to go back for 2 yrs. even happier they didn't do dilation! tomorrow it's teeth cleaning day:bigsmile: Friday I drive football to a local town...bout 20 min away.

    guess what? we had a cold front come thru today....it is 42% humidity and 69* in my house...windows open. They are sayin' 52* in the am! :huh:

    just finished part of my workout....going to the DDS now. weather is gorgeous...but pollen count is way high....itchy nose, eyes and sneezing...ok, ready for the first hard frost!

    Evening....

    It was my daughter's sleep study appt. Began last night, ended today at 4:30pm.

    Results are not available yet.... what I can say is I read 7 magazines today..... and I am thankful that tonight I can sleep in my bed.
    Check out my fb posts today, you'll see how my day went.,,,,

    I was successful in getting to curves today. may not tommorrow due to a doctor's appt.

    I'm not expecting friday weigh in to be down any... actually, expecting to be up some.
