I go over the fiber count almost everyday, is this a bad thing?

The only potential problem that I know of is digestive issues, especially for some added fibers0

From memory (correct me if I am wrong), MFP sets fibre to 20 and I'm sure I read somewhere we should be getting around 30.0

MFP set my fiber goal as 15. 15?!?! I changed my settings. I aim for between 30 and 40 a day, with 25 as an absolute bare minimum. I know from experience that that is where I 'function' most comfortably.0

No - it is not bad - enjoy all the fibers you want - maximum that is going to happen to you is that you will spend more time on the potty tomorrow morning!0
