Hello I'm new to this

First of all I need your help

I am a male
17 years old
Weight 108
Height 5,7
Healthy eating and very active in exercise (cardio and weights)
I play football and basketball every Thursday thru Sunday
I eat my veggies drink my protein workout 4/7 days
I have gone from 138 to 108 In just 6 months
I would run 3 miles everyday and eat 1500 healthy calories with my vitamins etc
But I was informed I'm underweight and should gain muscle so I started working out instead of just cardio
I never was strong or had abs
I now have close to defined 6 pack abs
And alot stronger ripped etc
But I have recently had my first binge accident
I woke up late today at 12 afternoon and played from 2-6 of hard football.
I was sweating tired etc and forgot to eat all day
My bmr is 1300ish calories to maintain my weight
I went out with my friends afterwards and was starving we decided to go out to Mr. Gattis
I ate 14 slices and three refills of soda ( around 3900-4700 ish calories)
I can't see my six pack and feel really bloated and huge
I have never had did happen were I couldn't stop eating
I feel disgusting and feel all my dedication and hard work is gone any advice help
