hope someone can help me...
i tire very easily due to fibromyalgia so find a full workout practically impossible....so im thinking instead of doing a full workout at one go maybe fitting it say so many squats in the morning....maybe so many kettlebell swings in afternoon and maybe a short walk somewhere in between
will this be as effective as say doing a full workout each day as it is more likely that i will stick to this

progressive overload whether it's through more reps or just more weight will get results... I mean you could easily do a lower rep lifting program that focuses more on low reps + high intensity then you can add cardio some other part of the day.0

Sure. Just make sure you do one full workout for each muscle and finish it. So squats at morning then separate muscle at evening, that can work. But doing for example some squats at morning, half the workout, and then finishing them at evening would not be that great.0
