Ah the Christmas season has started!

So it's getting closer to Christmas and the party invitations have started. Work parties, catching up with friends, catching up with family. Lots of meals out and far too much booze!

I'm just about keeping it under control, upped my exercise and set the more realistic goal of just maintaining this month but I think this season highlights how I ended up over weight in the first place.

Previously I would just gorge myself for a month and the damage I did over Christmas would just carry on into the next year. I think that its one of the reasons I slowly put on 20kg without really noticing till my clothes got too tight.

So I have better self control now, and I'm on track for not putting on any weight, but man my willpower is STILL bad even when trying to make healthy choices!
