Your December goals?

Options
I have a few goals. One goal is to log everyday, even if im going to go over. Another goal is to make sure I drink two liters of water every day, and no more soda. I also am going to make sure I move in some way 4 days a week, preferably 5 or 6.

What are some of your goals? Perhaps I can get some ideas:)

    - Stick with my physical fitness plan (training for a 10K and strength workouts) - I've started to be inconsistent because of various pressures, and it would be helpful to get back on track.
    - Continue eliminating diet soda - Almost a week into this one, and I think it's helping with weight.
    - Lose ten pounds - have been mostly stuck for months, would be really nice to have a consistent loss.
    - Try to be more supportive to others

My goal is to maintain over December and to try and work out every day even if it's just a walk round the Quays.

    - consistent exercise (at least 5 days per week, with 3 days focusing on strength)
    - consistent logging (each item for each meal with accurate portions)
    - healthy eating (sticking to what I have planned for the day, even if that day includes a "cheat" meal)
    - don't over do it at Christmas dinners (don't restrict myself from foods, just eat a small portion of each.)
    - maintain weight though the New Year.
    - back to losing after the New Year.

Eat small amounts of the foods that only come around this time of the year, but still maintain weight. That wil be enough to have me starting the new year not feeling like I am behind the 8 ball. That will be enough to be able to see all those new year weight loss commercials and know with a good heart, "That Is Not My Problem!". Can't ask for more than that.
