Theraband tricks?

Hi guys

About this time last year I bought myself a Theraband, primarily because I had just seriously sprained my ankle and needed it to help build strength back into it.

Now I'm wondering if it could help my weight loss journey!

Do any of you use Therabands or resistance bands? What exercises do you use?

    You can pretty much use them the same way you would most hand weights. If it's a decent length, stand on it and do biceps curls, overhead press, lateral raised. Bend over for triceps kickbacks, rows, flies. Lay on your back with it under you for chest flies.
