Hi, I am new to this post. Just re-joined...for about the 3rd time. My nickname is bones...though I have a little weight to lose...maybe 10 pounds. But what's more important is that I am turning 65 in February and decided to run a 1/2 marathon next year...November to be exact...so I am starting to train and know I need support both to follow an appropriate diet as well as to keep on running.
