Hi all, I'm currently living in a small apartment and I'm looking to find some tips for body-weight exercises I can do in my room every morning. I have roommates so too much jumping may annoy them... Thanks!

May I suggest vinyasa and power styles of yoga, You Are Your Own Gym, Convict Conditioning and Overcoming Gravity as some excellent bodyweight sources.0
