Looking for guy friends

First off, no offense to all the awesome ladies out there...I think we are all here for the same reason, to help and motivate each other... It would be great to find other guys other there as well... 41, 6'2'' 225# started at 255# looking to lose a little more and to tone up a lot... what has worked for yourself, and what are you doing now? Just wanted to throw it out there..thanks.
