Do you sleep to much OR Not enough sleep?

Good morning to ALL my friends here =)

I was just searching the web for smiley faces for my Facebook.. and I don't know how it happened but I ended up reading up about "To much sleep and Dieting" Holy macadamias! It answered so much and it hit my habits and problems right on the head...Wow, and explains why I had put on so much weight.. I was happy to figure out "WHY?" I have been fighting and crying, confused, angry.. all the emotions that came with not knowing what was going on with me... I'm going to put the site up just in case one of you would like to see if this may help you out :)

This is an information site not to try to sell you anything... I'am just so excited to put what I found out about my health Fibromyalgia , restless leg syndrome, etc.. and wow the information about my sleep habits, yes I don't sleep but few hours a night, then sometimes I sleep 8 + hrs and wake up with no energy... I had put on some much more weight in the last year or so.. I'am so excited to start TODAY and change up my routines.. and If anyone is interested I will post how my sleep and weightloss are doing in a week or so..

    Informative, Thanks Christine. These days I am averaging about 5 hrs a night. Seem to be ok with this--would like to get 6-7, but it's much better than the 16-18 I used to get depending on MS and MS meds.
