Know of a good smoothie mix that does not require blending?

Hi,

I'm looking for smoothie mixes that I can buy premade and just add milk or water. I have most grocery stores available to me, such as Safeway (though I'd rather not go there) QFC, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and a Co-Op.

I do not have a blender and I'm not buying one. I'm not looking for "it's easy just to go out get the ingredients and blend them yourself!" I live in a microstudio, and have an equally micro fridge and freezer, and do not have space to store the ingredients or large things of milk.

I'm also trying to do it as cheaply as possible, so bulk might be the way to go if you have a suggestion.
