Stuck fast with 10LB to go

I have lost 42 LB so far but seem to have "hit the wall" and been stuck on 10lb to go for almost a month.
I enjoyed a fairly pain free time in dropping the 42 LB so far but getting concerned now.
I know I should concentrate on the good work done in last 4 and a bit months but I need help now.
I go for a walk every day at lunch time 20/25 mins and swim Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and keep under 1300 calories per day.
HELP!!
