Home workouts in an apartment

Do any of you have suggestions for DVDs or other workouts (other than yoga) that don't have any jumping or anything that would cause the guy below me to get mad?

He's actually a pretty chill guy, but the people below him have a newborn and if I started jumping around...if I were him I'd be pretty irritated. I can sometimes hear his TV, so surely he would hear me jumping around. Just trying to be respectful. :)
