December, burn 3500 calories a week challenge

Welcome new & old. This is the December burn 3500 calories a week challenge. Previously listed under groups.
This challenge was originally started by messy_missy16 & since participating in this challenge my weight loss & exercise commitment has been much more consistent.
We do our best to burn 3500 calories a week for the entire month, We don't always make it, but we don't stop trying. Depending on how many days there are left in the final week then instead of 3500, we up it 500 per days left. For example there was 9 days left in the month of November so the goal was 4500 calories instead of 3500.
Lets get December started!
Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go
START DATE: December 1st 2013
Here is the daily update format example.
Week 1 Goal: 3500
Day 1: 500 calories (1hr zumba)
Day 2: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 3: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 4:calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 4: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 6:calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 7:calories burned (how they were burned)
Total: 500
Left to go: 3000
RULES: There aren't many. Just have fun, be respectful of each other & post your updates.
Feel free to ask questions etc.

My goal for the month is 16000 so this will help!

I'd like to join this! I'll only do 3 weeks in December though as I drive home for Christmas on the 20th and won't have my normal exercise source once I'm there. Just posting now to save the thread - will update after my workout at lunchtime

I was trying to make it easier as w/the holidays coming up & busy schedules I may not have a chance to start the daily threads or the top 3 burners early enough for those in other timezones. I was experimenting. Let me know what you think would work best, since I'm still fairly new @ this topic & group stuff.0 -

Thanks for the explanation. I would prefer a group as well, but since you are experimenting, I'll go with the flow. The good thing about the group is that it is easier to cut and paste your information without scrolling much etc. We'll see how it goes.0 -
