    I'm assuming basics such as flour and milk are a given. With these ingredients I can make a basic pasta sauce and make sweet potato and spinach gnocci (in place of pasta - way tastier and better for you) with only the addition of flour. I can also make smoothies with the bananas and nuts (made into nut butter) and the addition of milk - although I could use the nuts and water to make nut milks, I suppose.

    Of course, to make it REALLY great, I'd need to add garlic to the sauce and honey to my smoothies. If I ,can have herbs and spices, all the better. And using the eggs with bananas, honey, flour and spices, I can make banana bread, which is DELISH! :)

    There are some things I would REALLY miss though, such as salmon and tuna, chicken, and all my fruit, veg and pulses, and porridge oats, but I could do without those at a push if I had those 7 items.

    -- roasted chicken

    -- bananas
    -- cauliflower

    But I still want peanut butter, butter, cinnamon, almond milk, spinach, salt, chili powder, and baguettes! Haha so difficult.

    There's some REALLY good suggestions on here!

    Right now because I missed breakfast and I'm having a crappy day at work my 7 ingredients would be:

    - Chocolate
    - Ice cream
    - Lollies (any)
    - Bagels
    - Cream cheese
    - Wine
    - Some more wine.

    But once I've had lunch I'll feel much better and will revert back to healthy-pretend-7-ingredients.
