Looking for support from like minded people with similar goals.

I am 40+ working mother of two needing to lose 55lb and then keep it off.

I have spent the last year losing and putting back on the same 7lb.

I calorie count - no cheat days, no diet foods and try to eat healthy, I exercise two to three times a week when I can fit it in.

I vary my calories everyday ranging from Max 2000 down to minimum 1200 reducing by 100 per day and then going back up again - works out the same as having 1600 per day over 9 days - stops me from getting bored and eating the same food all the time.
