Would appreciate some advice - calorie intake/fiber

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone wants to take a look at my food diary and help me out or just give me some advice.

Little bit about myself:
I'm 5'11'', don't own a scale (last time I weighed myself, few months ago, I was 155lbs) as I don't want to get obsessed with numbers. I judge my progress by if I look good, slim down, lose some inches, etc. So yes, I'm trying to lose weight, but mostly inches and just feel healthy!
I am vegetarian, almost vegan, and I try to stay away from processed sugar (don't always succeed).
I am currently in week 7 of Insanity, and apart from that I also love running which I do about twice a week.

Two things I struggle with:
- I always exceed the maximum for fiber. I eat a lot of veggies and snack on fruit. Should I be worried?
- I don't always reach the 1200 minimum calorie goal. As I also exercise, I wonder if I'm eating too little. But then I don't know what to eat. I already eat healthy high calorie products such as avocados, nuts, olive oil...

Any tips/advice would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!

MFP has you set at 1550. You should eat at least his gross even if you do not want to eat back exercise calories. Being over on fiber is not bad. You may want to look to increase your protein though. I view fiber and protein to be minimum amounts I should reach and it being even better if I am a bit over.

I wouldn't worry about having too much fiber, I'm not even sure there is such a thing as too much fiber. I'm more concerned that someone your height and weight is trying lose another 20+ pounds.

Your calories intake seems very low for someone of your height and weight. I read somewhere that no adult should ever consume less than 1400 calories a day in risk of damaging your body and metabolic rate. For instance, the recommended calorie intake for a teenager is around 1500-1800. Use IIFYM.com and get an accurate calorie and macros reading.
