    Dude, a message board isn't the same as a Q&A. And yeah, she probably should. Though an adjustable weight one would be probably more cost efficient in the long run.

    Eh, I had adjustable dumbbells once and hated them. Too slow to adjust, too clanky. Two heavy kettlebells suits me fine. :smile:

    I have to laugh... I just noticed JoRocka's contribution to the 'I love this yogurt' thread was about the same, basically 'how disgusting, I'm so above that'. :laugh:
