Hello, I am new to this site and need some love sent my way. I just put in my first food journal, and just looking at it makes me crave all the bad foods I have been eating for years. I am a person who eats when I am bored. I need something to keep my mind off of it, and suggestions?

I have rather enjoyed searching for new healthy options and I too eat when i'm bored. I try to keep certain healthy foods around to munch on when i'm bored.0
