I DID IT!!

The last time I weighed myself was mid-October and I weighed 196lbs (according to a calibrated scale at work!) I've been out of work with an injury and didn't have a scale. I lost my appetite due to some depression from being stuck on the couch all day so I didn't eat as much as I had been. Anyway, about two weeks ago I stumbled across MFP and decided it was time to make some permanent changes to my lifestyle. I've been tracking my calories and the 10-15 minutes of exercise I get here and there. I ordered a gram scale for food and a scale for myself (both pre-calibrated) and they arrived today! I weighed myself and I'm "only" 183!! My pants that were getting a bit tight fit me again... VERY comfortably.
So to all of you who are having a bad day or gorged on Thanksgiving leftovers one day too many... It's okay. You can start fresh now. DO NOT GIVE UP!! If I can do this, I KNOW you can! Let's reach our goals, buy sexy new clothes and celebrate! :drinker:

Very cool! Glad to see you didn't just give up and eat Bon-Bons on the couch watching soap operas. 10-15 minutes is a great . :flowerforyou: You can do it.0
