okay I have been trying to look up how many calories, etc. a chicken drumstick cooked in my rotisserie with seasoned salt and garlic on it is. I cant get a clear answer. it goes from 54 with skin to 94 without skin which makes no sense. I don't want to click one of the restaurants because I will be cooking at home with my own rotisserie. can anyone help me out on this.

Why not go for a whole 1/4 or even 1/2 chicken. It will fill you up more and it's easier to track. If you are out, a rough guide is 280-300cals for a quarter. 560-600 for an average half (with the yummy skin!)0
