Lost appetite and no motivation for the gym

So my chap ended things with me last week and I've completely lost my appetite, I'm forcing myself to eat one meal a day at least as not really hungry but can manage something late in the day. I'm also barely sleeping and so tired so not making the gym. How do I get myself out of this and get some motivation to get back in the gym

    Try just getting out for some long walks. For some reason, I have found everything to appear clearer after a long walk outside. It may also help you sleep better. Time will also help.
