Hello Wonderful people!

Lindsay Here.

I just wanted to share my story and why - after being apart of MFP for over a year that I decide to intro myself and get serious NOW.

I am currently 25 years old. I am currently 136-137lbs. 3 years ago when I started to lose weight I was 180lbs. 1 year ago I started training for triathlons and made it to qualify to the 70.3 world championships 2013. I weighed 129lbs then. woopse…

A New boyfriend who refuses to eat anything resembling health (and still keeps his 6pack abs and sculpted body…so unfair) - and life stressed caused me to turn to food shortly after my race and gain 8lbs. I realized yesterday that its time to get my life back - take it back - get back on track to reaching my RACE WEIGHT GOAL of 16% body fat (roughly 115-120lbs).

Pretty much I know Ill be done when I see these damn sculpted 6 pack abs that are hidden under all this fat.

My goal? What I see when I close my eyes? Ill be honest - its vain - do I care? nope! I see myself. June 9th. competing in IRONMAN 70.3 KANSAS in just a sports bra and spandex shorts. I see myself as the hottest girlfriend my man has ever had…not just "I have nice legs" but lets face it….the rest of me? not anything more than average with a slight gut. Yes Im strong, yes I have killer muscles….but theres all this fat in the way haha. I want to see themmmm. I want my confidence back.

Thats all. I did the math. Ill hit race weight if I start now and average 1lb a week…that puts me at race weight around mid april.

it all starts today :)

thanks for reading my weird intro / slight rant.

Good luck on your training. I did a half in 2012 and I'm hoping to do a full in 2015.
