Hippo syndrome... aka I feel like a Hippo today!

Okay so it isn't quite that bad, but close. I have lost my first 21/22lbs which is a good start - I am eating what I want to but portion controlling / counting my calories every day. I have logged in for over 50 day and not missed a meal or drink on here yet. I am working out 5 days a week for 30 mins, making myself get up even on mornings that are miserable.

BUT - I took a week off of my morning exercise (Thanksgiving - was away visiting family - went hiking and tried to keep moving, but nothing half as intense) and after 5 weeks of not missing any days of exercise it turns out a week off made me want to die!! When I went back to it this morning I pushed through, puffing, panting, turning red in the face, and generally being pathetic - but now I gotta convince myself to do it again at 4 a.m. tomorrow.... hmmm... lol.

I could use some friends with similar goals who do actually log daily. I cleared out my list because it seems like a bunch of people don't last a month on here, so please, please only friend me if you are committed to pushing through the crap days!
