good enough for whom?
bmi is kind of a crock. see if you can get your bf% instead.
most importantly, how do YOU feel about your weight right now?
what are your goals?
ETA: just went and checked out your profile. looks like you came here to lose 15lbs.
if you can offer a bit more information about yourself and your goals, i'm sure you will get some great responses here.0 -
I don't think that bmi is an accurate gauge.0

The profile is a bit inaccurate. I haven't changed it in awhile and last time I did a check up at my gym I came up with a bmi of 220

You should stop losing weight when you're happy about yourself (inside & outside)
but you shouldn't go below a BMI that is (seen as) unhealthy.0 -

"You're too thin" is much much easier to roll out of people's tongue than, "You're too fat". Take it as compliment and your hard work has been noted.
When to stop? I don't really have ideas. It's really up to your goals. Improve your figure, improve fitness level, reduce body fats, gain muscles, lower weight more? However, you don't have your weight number written on you. People is going to look at your entire body to gage you. At a healthy BMI, I think you get the most benefit from strength training at this point.0 -
1. When you are satisfied with the way your body appears, or are satisfied with the current size of your body even if you would like to further improve its appearance.
2. When you reach BMI 18.5
3. (For females) when you lose your period.
4. If you find that your maintenance intake for your body size is unsustainable for you. If maintaining a 120 pound body is too few calories than you would like to eat daily, perhaps maintaining a 130 pound body would suit you better.0 -
Well most poeple lose weight to lower their bodyfat percentage. So when you reach that bodyfat percentage you should stop, unless that means being at an unhealthy low weight then you should stop before that and maybe bulk up and cut agian after.0
